All items are thoroughly checked for quality & go through extensive visual audit before shipping. In the event that you receive a product that is not up to your highest expectations, please contact us at

 In shooting our product we take the utmost care to accurately represent the colours, styling and details of our jewellery. However, we understand that there may be minor differences within computers in how jewellery is presented. Please do keep this in mind when purchasing product on our https//

  • Items once purchased and paid for can only be returned for exchange, however they only qualify for exchange if they are in the same condition as sent to you.
  • We reserve the right to refuse an exchange in case the product is not in the same condition as you received.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order placed, within 25 hours, in case of no stock. You will receive a notification regarding the same via email.
  • In case if you want to request an exchange, kindly send in an email at within 24-48 hours on receiving your order.
  • Kindly attach all details & necessary pictures of the products that you have received in the email regarding your exchange.
  • We try our best to respond to your emails & queries on priority basis. However, it may take us a time period of 24-48 hours in case of heavy traffic.
  • We do our best to ensure the purchased jewellery pieces reach you in a timely manner and you may receive your products typically within 2-3 working days. However due to the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping may be slower than usual in certain situations.
  • We offer same 12-48-hour delivery within Mumbai
  • We do not offer any customisations on your products

 Please be aware that we cannot refund import duties or taxes on international deliveries and that bespoke or engraved pieces cannot be refunded.

  • Sufficient information is not provided:
    • Photos of merchandise not provided
    • Merchandise is past two seasons
    • No available spare parts
  • Wear and tear of the Jewellery
  • Exclusive styles may not be exchanged
  • We offer no returns for watch charms.


  • Please pack each item with adequate padding to prevent additional damages in transit. Bansri Design will not be held responsible for damages caused by negligence.
  • The provided return authorization number must be visibly written or included on each carton and/or carton label.
  • Be sure to include at least one copy of the completed and approved returns authorization form inside of each lead carton.


  • Unit individually wrapped and separated from other items
  • Bubbled/padded in proper size carton to hold item with limited shifting during transit
  • Order # clearly noted on outer carton


  • Units not separated into individual bags, not padded or bubbled
  • Unit not packed in protective bag/jewelry box
  • Unit not bubbled in a padded to limit shifting during transit

Any return without prior authorization or the provided return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of each package will be refused and returned to the sender.


  • All requests must be emailed to
  • State “Repair” in the subject of your email
  • Estimates for cost of repair will be provided via email
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.
  • Repairs will only be accepted within 90 days of original purchase of full price items
  • All repairs are at the discretion of BD in cases of manufacturer defect
  • All repairs should be processed through original place of purchase
  • BD is not responsible for repairs on items that have excessive wear or do not follow care instructions
  • In order to expedite all repair authorizations, we encourage each customer to address repair or replacement inquiries at the original place of purchase
  • Stone repairs will be based on stone availability
  • Please allow 6-8 weeks for processing and repair
  • The customer is required to arrange and pay for shipping charges (roundtrip)
  • For international shipping, duties and taxes are sole responsibility of customer
    • An assessment will be made with respect to the nature of the damage, if approved:
      • Merchandise must be shipped within 5 business days of receipt of Returns Authorization Number
      • Tracking number must be provided
      • Please allow 2-4 weeks for completion of repair
      • It must be noted that not all repairs will be accepted due to the custom nature of each style and limited availability
